Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are not guaranteed—approval depends on the stage of service completion.

Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following cannot be refunded:

  • SEO packages with completed or partially-completed deliverables

  • Digital marketing services already initiated (ads campaigns, keyword research, backlink building, etc.)

  • Fully delivered downloadable products

  • Training sessions already conducted

  • Gift cards, coupons, or promotional credits

  • Customized strategy or consultation services

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted when:

  • The service has been partially delivered.

  • Work has begun but not completed.

  • Delays or service issues are not caused by EBJAY Digital SEO.

  • Refund requests are made between 8–14 days from purchase.

The refundable amount will depend on the percentage of service already completed.

Refund Process

Once your request is received:

  1. We will review your case and verify service status.

  2. You’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, back to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Service Changes / Revisions

Service cancellations are only allowed within the first 24 hours after purchase, unless work has already begun.
